2 years old

Maddie is 2! Sounds crazy to say! Here is what she is up to:

*Loves to play! Her favorite things to do right now are build her legos, color, read books, and swing. She rarely will play by herself. She always wants Oscar and I sitting right there playing with her!
*She loves her videos-Bob from Veggie Tales is her favorite thing right now. She LOVES for me to sing the theme song to veggie tales and she knows almost all the words.
*She loves music and loves to listen to her CD's of kids songs and for me to sing with her
*She loves to drink milk and would drink it all day if I let her. She is already on 2% and made the switch just fine. She also likes to drink juice or tea! I don't keep juice in the house, but she usually gets it when we go to chick fil a!
*She eats OK most of the time, some days more than others. She loves lots of fruits, especially strawberries.
*She goes to bed around 7:45 each night and wakes up between 6:30 & 7:00. She goes down for a nap at 1 and sleeps for an hour or an hour and 1/2.
*She is talking up a storm! I love to hear her talk in such long sentences b/c she sounds like such a big girl. We are constantly telling her to say please, thank you, etc...Its so nice whenever she uses her manners and we don't have to say "how do you ask" We try to praise her alot when she does use them w/o being asked
*Behavior is great some days and hard other days. She has a hard time sharing at times and other times does great with it. She still likes to say no and mine! We are working with her to hand things to us and not throw them at us. Her favorite thing to say is "Hey stop pushing me!" Even if we just put our hand on her she says it.
*She can count to 10, knows her colors, knows some shapes and some letters and what sounds they make. Some days she wants to learn and other days she could care less. I don't push her on those days, she definitely learns at her own pace!
*She loves to "go" and asks to go each day if we haven't left to go anywhere. She gets sad if we aren't going anywhere!
*She is not one to sit still very long, one thing keeps her attention for about 5 minutes at the most and then she is moving on to the next thing!

Weight-27.3 (60%)
Height-34 3/4 (75%)-Dr. Riser said she could be 5'9
Head-50%

We are blessed with a healthy and happy 2 year old!

I did a post awhile back about Maddie being fearless and I said the only thing I knew that she was afraid of was the chick fil a slide, well she isn't. We were there this past Tuesday night and Oscar climbed up there and pushed her down and she loved it and went down over and over again!
