Grandaddy's 90th Birthday

My Grandaddy turned 90 on July 14th. We threw him a fun 90th b-day party with family and friends. The theme was baseball and things from the 1920's, the year he was born. His nickname is "babe" and he loves baseball and attended the very 1st Rangers game, so that was the idea for the theme.

My sister made these great centerpieces for the tables:

Candy favors at each table with candy from the 1920's:

We had about 60 people attend and ate Scheopps for dinner. My brother-in-law made a great slide show with pictures of my grandfathers life. My dad also read my granddad's life story. It was such a great party and my grandfather is a wonderful Christian man who has impacted many lives.
