Cruz is 4 Months

My baby boy is 4 months old today! I remember loving this age with Maddie when they start to babble and smile at you all the time. Here is what Cruzers is up to these days:

-Goes to bed around 6:45ish and either sleeps until 6 or wakes up around 4:30 to eat and goes back to sleep until 7:oo or 8:00
-Takes 3-4 naps, he is in the stage of the 45 minute intruder-ugh! Maddie went through this stage too...I'm hoping it passes soon and he starts to stretch them out longer
-Eats 5 ounces every 2 1/2 to 3 hours
-Is no longer rocked to sleep. We stopped doing that a few weeks ago and he has adjusted well. He will sometimes fuss for 5 minutes or so, but then goes to sleep. It is so much nicer not to have to go back to his room and rock him during the day for a nap. I probably would still be rocking him if he was the only child, but its too hard with Maddie. We rocked her a looong time.



-Smiles and talks to us alot, he is such a sweetie!
-Is much more aware of things. He likes to be held and notices when Mommy or Daddy isn't holding him
-Wears 3-6 month clothes, some 6 month depending on the brand
-LIkes to be held face out so he can see whats going on



-always wakes up in the morning with a smile on his face
-loves to look at his sister
-he is a wiggly worm
-he bangs his legs up and down when i lay him down in his crib, maddie used to do the same thing
