Fun Easter Festivities

Maddie got to do several Easter egg hunts this year. Here are a few pictures from our playgroup one:







Maddie and I went over to my sisters house and dyed eggs and also made Resurrection rolls with Collin & Cade. They had a great time.











Here is the cooked Resurrection roll. You can google it to see how to do it. These are a really fun way to talk about the way Jesus was buried and then rose from the grave. The marshmallow in the middle is supposed to melt away while it bakes for "3 days" representing that Jesus rose from the grave, but he didn't make it out of a few of ours :)
