Madelyn's 3rd Birthday Party

We decided, along with some friends, back in February that we would rent out a local water park for our kids summer birthdays. We split it 5 five ways and were able to invite up to 400 people! The long awaited day finally came last night. Maddie has been asking me about her swim party everyday since I told her about it. The water park is fairly new and is small, but it's built for younger kids. Maddie is at a great age this year for it. We had a blast! It was so stress-free. All we did were bring cupcakes and that was it! It was so nice to have the water park all to ourselves and to know almost everyone there. Madelyn had sooo much fun.

The birthday girl, she won't actually be 3 until the 21st...

The 5 birthday kids...

Maddie went down both of these slides. She went down the yellow one twice by herself with her floatie on and then she rode in Oscar's lap on the red one and did not want to do it again!

Right after she came off the yellow slide...still wasn't too sure if it was fun or not...

Getting ready to sing Happy Birthday and eat cupcakes...

With Mommy & Daddy...

The party didn't start until 7:00 which is usually her bedtime, so after awhile she got tired and took a little rest. Then she had another cupcake and got her second wind. As we were driving home from the party she said "Mommy it's in the middle of the night!" It was only 9:45, but she's not used to being in the car when its dark. We had so much fun celebrating with friends and family!

Great party! Loved the bow and the bow story. Can't believe our Princess is nearly three. Glad we have a few more celebrations ahead for her 3rd birthday!
