Rodeo and 4th of July

We went with my family to the Belton Rodeo this past weekend. It was so fun and Maddie did great! She lasted for 2 hours which is pretty long for her. We borrowed some cute pink boots for her to wear and when we first put them on her she didn't know how to walk in them, but she got the hang of it.

We went to the annual Belton 4th of July parade. Maddie did great this year and it was nice and overcast so it wasn't too hot. We sat with our friends the Bankheads.




For the 4th we went to my parents to cookout hamburgers on my mom's new grill. We also had homemade peach ice cream which was very yummy! We bought some sparklers for the kids to do in the backyard.
